SURVIVORSHIP

• All retained copyrights and privileges as stated in the instrument of conveyance, as set in the original transfer certificate of title will survive any initial or future conveyance from the creator, buyer, or seller to the exchange of the NFT proprietary rights; including all copyright and privileges retained at the time of creation to the extent as allowed by applicable intellectual property rights and copyright laws.
• The artist-creator, their heirs, successors and assigns, may seek all legal means to any favorable state, jurisdiction or court to enforce the state of their moral and economic rights.

OTHERS

• The artist-creator retains the right to take legal action against any 3rd parties and claim damages for the retains copyrights and privileges as stated in the instrument of conveyance, as set by this transfer certificate of title, in favor of the artist-creator whose artistic-creation or work has been used without permission.
• Any other rights that may arise in the future as society dictates and law allows, in various forms of thoughts and expressions, not mentioned in this instrument of conveyance remains the exclusive rights of the artist-creator.
• The artist-creator has the right to be consulted in quotation, news reporting, education, research, and private study, archiving and preservation.
